P.O Box/Parcel Lockers

Yes we do ship to P.O Box/Parcel Lockers. 

 

How do I track my shipment?

Please enter your email and phone number at the check out, you will receive an E-mail with tracking details once your package has been dispatched. 

 

What if I miss the delivery?

If you miss the delivery, the shipping company will leave a note in your mail box with further details for re-delivery or pickup point. 

 

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address or a P.O Box or Parcel Locker. Once the order has been paid, we cannot change the delivery address. In the case where a the package was delivered to the wrong address, N.0.1 Cosmetics will not be responsible for any replacement or refund.
